Puerto Estepona is a superb urbanization with gardens and a pool overlooking the sea. The lounge boasts patio doors leading to a balcony overlooking the pool and sea, providing a serene spot for relaxation. An American-style fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine and dishwasher, adds convenience to your stay.

The master bedroom features a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite full bathroom for added comfort. The second bedroom offers a small double bed and a single bed, also equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom for convenience.

Unlimited internet access with an IPTV streaming package is available, offering a wide range of channels in various languages, along with hundreds of up-to-date films on Video Club. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an allocated underground parking space free of charge.

The marina, just a short stroll away, boasts many international restaurants and bars and is within walking distance of two blue flag beaches.
