'Surf' is a 1-bedroom apartment, it features a spacious and comfortable lounge area with a large sofa and a flat-screen TV, offering international TV channels. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a partially enclosed terrace boasting amazing views of the marina and mountains.

There is also a dining area and a separate kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed for added comfort. Guests can enjoy the convenience of air conditioning and complimentary internet access provided free of charge.

Puerto Paraiso, where the apartment is located, is a well-established urbanization with two communal swimming pools and is set within a secure gated area. While parking is on a first-come, first-served basis within the urbanization, there is plenty of free parking available around the marina and across the road by the supermarket.

The marina is within walking distance of two blue flag beaches. Playa Cristo, a small alcove beach to the right of the marina, and Playa Rada, which starts at the lighthouse by the marina entrance and the newly build ‘Torre del Carmen’ tower. A 10 minute walk takes you to Estepona's old town, although recently updated with new renovation areas, the Spanish ambience of old Spain is maintained, with tree and flower-lined streets.

Guests can explore the flea market held every Sunday morning in the lower part of the port area, and the main market held every Wednesday, both just a 5 minute walk from the marina, to experience the local culture and traditions.
