Apartment ‘Puerto’ is a charming 2-bedroom apartment offering wonderful views of the marina and the Mediterranean Sea from its first-floor balcony. The spacious lounge and dining room open onto an east-facing, frontline balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the marina.

The main bedroom features a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and an enclosed balcony, while the second bedroom has twin beds and also its own ensuite bathroom. The apartment also offers air conditioning and marble floors for added comfort.

Puerto Paraiso is a well-established urbanization with two communal swimming pools, all within a secure gated area. Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis in the private gated community but there is plenty of free parking around the marina and across the road by Carrefour supermarket.

The marina, with its wide selection of international restaurants and bars, is within walking distance of two Blue Flag beaches. ‘Playa del Cristo’ is a small, sheltered beach to the right of the port area, while ‘Playa La Rada’ is to the left of the port, close to the newly build ‘Torre del Carmen’ tower, which offers Birdseye views of 360º of the surrounding area and town.

For a taste of local life, Estepona Old Town is a short stroll away, with its charming, tree-lined streets and traditional Spanish atmosphere. The leisure port also hosts a flea market every Sunday, and the main weekly market is held every Wednesday, just a 5-minute walk away.
