The newly renovated open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, separate fridge, and freezer, making meal preparation a breeze.

The lounge features an L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading to the balcony overlooking the marina, providing a scenic spot to relax and unwind. The double bedroom boasts an ensuite shower room for added convenience, while the second bedroom includes bunk beds and a day bed for an extra person.

Guests can enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and complimentary internet access throughout their stay. Puerto Paraiso is a well-established urbanization with two communal swimming pools and is set within a secure gated area. There is free parking conveniently located nearby.

The marina itself offers restaurants and bars, and guests have the luxury of being within walking distance of two blue flag beaches. Playa Cristo, a small alcove beach to the right of the marina, and Playa Rada, which begins at the lighthouse by the marina entrance and stretches for 2 km along the flat esplanade.

Estepona's old town, maintaining its Spanish feel with tree and flower-lined streets, is just a short stroll from the marina. Guests can explore the flea market held every Sunday morning and the main market every Wednesday, both just a 5-minute walk from the marina, immersing themselves in the local culture and traditions.
