Geranio is a charming town house located in a private community with direct access to the beach from the gardens. 'Geranium', as the name translates reflects the abundance of geraniums in the garden, and offers an ideal beach holiday experience, enhanced by two luxurious communal swimming pools along with a paddle tennis court.

This tastefully furnished & Spanish-style home features two comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. From the master bedroom there is a small terrace for privacy with a lovely view to the sea. Downstairs, you will find a cosy open-plan lounge and a spacious, modern kitchen.

A key highlight of Casa Geranio is its secluded, shaded terrace, perfect for outdoor dining in privacy. It’s a peaceful retreat, highly recommended for a relaxing holiday away from the bustle of the old town.

The town of Estepona offers a huge selection of international restaurants, shops and services, just a 20 minute walk along the newly extended scenic ‘Senda Litoral’ coastal path, ideal for a leisurely stroll or bike ride, or if you prefer to drive just 5 minutes away.

Estepona town offers a delightful blend of historic charm in the old town, along with recent enhancements such as newly pedestrianised streets and a new cultural centre which is the ‘Torre de Carmen’ a stunning new addition to the town which boasts panoramic views of the surrounding area.
