From here, you can enjoy views over the landscaped gardens, the communal swimming pool within the urbanisation, and even glimpses of the sea.

On the first floor, the apartment offers a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry area.

The second floor features the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and its own private balcony, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds.

The apartment has been decorated by the owners for their own personal use, giving it a comfortable, cosy, and welcoming feel throughout.

Just 300 metres away is Estepona Marina, with its charming fishing port, a wide selection of bars and restaurants, and a lively Sunday market. A scenic seaside walk leads you into the old town, passing along the shoreline and the newly built Torre del Carmen, home to a stunning sky bar offering spectacular views over the town and surrounding area.
